It looks like this is Howard Stark's way to make up for losing both Erskine's formula and Erskine himself in the assassination, and I bet Steve's guilt over not stopping or catching the bad guy is why he agreed to the butt mold 😅
If it makes Stark feel better on losing out on more supersoldier butts, the Hydra guy who killed the doctor and his serum ended up taking it to Italy and injecting it into a captured Sergeant Bucky Barnes, and yet Bucky didn't get a fantastic supersoldier ass 🍑 when he got superserumed... It looks like Steve Rogers' ass is one of a kind, his closest friend Buck got the same (stolen) juice but didn't develop Steve's shapeliness.
After reuniting with his comrade and forming their trusty Howlies, Steve will probably look back on (and Bucky react to when he finds out) letting Stark mass manufacture America's Ass replicas to make some bucks 😆
In all seriousness though, I like how the classic Stark shadyness and the way the government just wanted to use Steve for eye candy & profit after Hydra stole the superserum is getting translated into a horny version of that. Steve just wanted to help any way he can, and if the beginning of his hero journey means he's to be looked at then so be it. I hope you continue this series and make more horny versions of the rest of the himbo journey Steve and his warbuddies went thru in the beginning of becoming heroes.
